My sandrail frame started as a Berrien 4-seat Sandfox. I chopped the frame at the windshield and fabricated the custom front suspension in the picture. Visit the photo galleries for contruction pictures.
 
Am currently running an all performance 2332cc VW engine with CB Perfomance Quick Tune fuel injection and turbo.

I consider my sandrail to be medium travel with 14" front travel and 12" rear travel. The front suspension is a custom designed double A-arm with Fox coil over shocks. I eliminated the rear torsion bars by converting the rear suspension into swing arms with twin Fox coil over shocks.
